Good day to you.
In light of the new coronavirus (Covid-19), below are the SOP procedures introduced to all WoW! Let's Party stores to help protect both customers and employees to the best of our abilities.
1. The following areas will be cleaned with disinfectant solutions on a daily basis:
- Cashier Counter Tops
- NETS and/ electronic payment gateways machines
- EPOS System
- Merchandise Display Shelves
- Roller Shutter Handles and/ Glass Door Handles and/ Metal Door Handles
2. All retail employees will be required to perform proper hand washing procedure on an hourly basis and/ whenever necessary to improve on personal hygiene at their best abilities.
- Five simple steps to hand washing every single time.
a. WET your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap.
b. LATHER your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
c. SCRUB your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice.
d. RINSE your hands well under clean, running water.
e. DRY your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.
3. All operational employees are required to be responsible and do your part in the following:
- Wash your hands frequently with soap.
- Monitor your temperature twice daily.
- Keep your home and surroundings clean and well-ventilated.
- AVOID touching your face with your hands.
- AVOID crowded places and those who are sick.
Our operational staffs will disinfect their hands with Dettol solution prepared for them at the entrance of the office before they enter the store. This will help to reduce any germs from entering the operation area when they enter the office.
WE WILL GET THROUGH THIS!
