Delivery Timings
We are committed to dispatching and delivering your goods in excellent condition and as efficiently as possible. Please refer to the calendar below and give us a ring for same day delivery [mobile +65 9231 1119] to confirm your delivery schedule prior to order. We offer delivery any day of the week, between 10am - 6pm daily.

Shipping within Singapore
Carpark & ERP charges are not included in the delivery and Fees are borne by the customers upon delivery.
For local customers who need delivery services, we do have several delivery options for you to choose from and the charge depends on the product purchased.
- For order of self collection from our office, there is no charge.
- For order does not contain inflated air filled or helium balloons and above $300, we will provide one time free delivery. Please note that if your order contains helium tank rental, this shipping option is not applicable.
- For order does not contain inflated air filled or helium balloons and below $300, the delivery charge is $5 per trip. Delivery arrange within 3-5 days
- For order contains inflated air filled or helium balloons, the delivery charge is $15 - $25 per trip with a minimum purchase of $50 in products.
- For order contains helium tank rental, the 2-way tank delivery and collection charge is $40 regardless of total order amount.
An additional charge of $10.00 will be levied for the following areas: We will collect this additional charge in cash upon delivery.

Upon orders received, we will process and pack your order within 2 to 3 working days before it is ready for collection or delivery.
